I've been the person you're hiring for — not just the person who trains them.
At 23, I became one of the youngest high-performing sales executives inside one of Australia's largest technology companies. That early break set the pattern for the two decades since: walk into a sales organisation that's stalled, find the actual problem, and rebuild the process until the numbers move.
I've spent 19 years leading enterprise sales across ANZ — closing seven-figure deals into Westpac, and building C-suite relationships across CBA, NAB, and Macquarie Group. In my most recent engagement, I was the Head of Sales at an ASX-listed financial services firm, where I rebuilt the entire commercial organisation, sales process, and coaching cadence from zero — and grew revenue 200% year-on-year doing it.
Along the way I wrote an Amazon #1 best-selling book on sales and marketing, became an international keynote speaker, and started coaching founders and executive teams directly — because the same process that works inside a boardroom works just as well for a 12-person startup that can't yet justify a Head of Sales.
